Sixteen sailors gathered at Richmond Yacht Club on San Francisco Bay for a 3-day clinic April 22-24th. They enjoyed a variety of conditions for training and racing including a some traditional summer San Francisco strong westerlies. The fleet was welcomed at Richmond YC, a very skiff-friendly club. Club members were very interested in the boats and enjoyed talking to the sailors.

The predominantly owner-participants were joined by some enthusiastic first-timers who came up to speed quickly. "This is so much fun, I'm hooked!" could be heard throughout the boat park. Coach Dan Brandt made sure all sailors were pushing their skills throughout the weekend running boathandeling and course-work drills as well as a set of races on Sunday.
